We dispatch orders within 72 working hours for metropolitan France and the countries of the European Union and within 10-15 working days for Switzerland, French overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union.
You are informed of your order’s progression by email (payment acceptance, preparation, shipment).
All our parcels are sent and tracked by Colissimo, and are signed for upon receipt (for home deliveries).
