RETURN PROCEDURE

An online order cannot be returned to the store (Comptoir de la mer or Boutique Vendée Globe located on the boardwalk)

Do not call the store. The staff will not be able to answer your questions.

  • You want to get a refund for a product/order:

If one (or more) product(s) do not suit you, you have the option, within the limit of one return per order, to return* your product(s) if the request is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, we invite you to contact us via our Contact Form so that your request can be reviewed. We only issue refunds, not exchanges. For any size or color exchange, we invite you to place a new order on our website.

*Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A product does not match your order:

If you have received a product(s) that does not match your order, we apologize for this error.

We invite you to submit a return request specifying the product(s) received in error.

  • A product is damaged / does not match your order:

If, despite the care taken in preparing your order, the products have been damaged during transport, you must file your claim within 72 hours of receiving the order, attaching photos. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
