An article does not suit you, too big or too small… You have 14 days to change your mind (from the date of receipt of your order).
The return costs are borne by the customer.

WHAT IS TO BE DONE?

If it is an exchange, the customer will have to redo an order. We can set aside the desired new article. Upon receipt of the return parcel, we will make the refund (within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by our services).
If it is a refund, it will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by our services, after checking the conformity of the returned products (complete and intact items, in their original packaging).
